Role:

To support small expanding department in recruitment and headhunting including:
Assist and search for “Expert” level passive R & D candidates across Europe
Manage our external communications for candidate attraction including web based promotion
Responsible for candidate registration and information gathering
Boolean and Xray search for passive candidates
Maintain web-based files, documents & social media platform
Compile admin and activity reports
Some basic accounts work
As a small successful growing business, ideas and input always welcome. NO cold calling

Experience sought:
Previous recruitment background
As much of the above experience as possible
Proactive and results driven with an attitude to learn and progress
Outgoing and personable with confidence to talk to anybody, anywhere in the world
Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail

Our Client is a leading promotions & events company based in South County Dublin and are currently looking for am experienced sales & marketing executive to join their busy team

You will be given a list of current clients to manage and you will also be expected to bring in new clients to the business.

The role will involve:

• Developing new business from different industries, so lead generating from an extensive database
• Going out to meet clients at least 3 times a week
• Working to Key Performance Indicators and Sales Targets
• Lifting the phone for new business (outbound) and developing relationships over the phone which you can plan into face to face meetings

Our client is looking for a couple of sales rep to work on a commission only basis in thw Wicklow Area. The role will involve telephone sales from their offices in Wicklow.

Hospital Products Division for the Greater Dublin Area:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven Sales Experience with Medical Devices (NO FMCG) (sales experience a must with a track record of selling a large portfolio of products)
• Promoting a range of Hospital Furniture, capital and consumable products.
• Maintaining and increasing customer base in Dublin based territory.
• Achieving sales targets on a monthly basis
• Demonstrating to clinical, nursing & technical people, the features and benefits of products
• Liasing with Hospital supplies and administration staff
• Resolving customer problems
• Setting up and following up quotations
• Enhancing company image and profile
• Acquiring and assembling competitive information and reporting on the same.
• Reporting on a weekly basis, with quarterly reports on sales also to be submitted.

 

Salary from €32,000 basic

Commission element within this package is paid on gross profit (uncapped

Pension/insurance is 5% from Company, and 5% from employee, (10% in all) .
