Sales specialist - Surgical - Sth Dub/Midlands

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 The role will involve successfully selling a wide range of hospital consumables products and services to the acute care markets. The role will involve interaction with a wide range of healthcare professional including clinicians at all levels and purchasing managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Hospital Consumables product range.

The principal duties 

  • Achievement of revenue as per business plan and including agreed quarterly targets 
  •  Conducting personal sales calls and management of a customer base 
  •  Creating and raising awareness as a leader in the market
  • Successfully develop and grow business within the sales territory 
  •  Forge business relationships with key customers 
  •  Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business 
  • Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses etc) 
  •  Attending nationals conferences/exhibitions/training etc. as required. This may require work outside normal hour

    The principal skills and experiences, which the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate, are:

· Minimum of 2 years experience of selling medical devices within the Hospital Sales industry is essential
· Nursing/Technical/Medical Staff with experience working to an advanced level in Theatre is preferred
· Full clean driver’s license
· Good market awareness to understand where the opportunities for business development lie
· Strong sales capability to take advantage of the opportunities
· Ability to close out opportunities to turn them into sales, and turn the sales into long term business
· Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with our Customers
· Dynamic and self motivated personality with a “can do” attitude
· Availability to work beyond normal hours/weekends when required
· Willingness for national and international traveling when necessary

Pharma Sales Rep - South Dublin

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for supporting existing business in the South Dublin area, and to facilitate company expansion .

The principal duties and responsibilities for this position would include:

  •   Achievement of revenue and profit targets as per business plan 
  •    Conducting personal sales calls and management of a customer base (mostly Hospital Consultants, Anesthetics, Oncologists, Critical Care, Accidents and Emergency Sisters and Consultants, Chief Pharmacists and Key rocurement Division Pharmacists) 
  •    Creating and raising awareness as a leader in the sale of Pharma products 
  •    Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business (e.g. competitor activity) 
  •    Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses etc) 
  •    Attending nationals conferences/exhibitions/training etc. as required. This may require work outside Ireland and normal hour

 
Education & Qualification, Experience and Personal Characteristics Profile Requires: 

 

  •   Minimum of 2-3 years Sales experience in pharmaceutical products is essential 
  •    Nurses/Medical Staff with experience working to an advanced level in Hospital environment 
  •   Good market awareness to understand where the opportunities for business development lie  
  •   Strong sales capability to take advantage of the opportunities  
  •   Able to close out opportunities to turn them into sales, and turn the sales into long term business  
  •   Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with clients  
  •   Full clean driver’s license

  

The salary on offer will be circa 40k basic + 20k bonus (benefits , car. phone, lunch allowance laptop, health insurance..etc)
