Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for supporting existing business in the South Dublin area, and to facilitate company expansion .
The principal duties and responsibilities for this position would include:
- Achievement of revenue and profit targets as per business plan
- Conducting personal sales calls and management of a customer base (mostly Hospital Consultants, Anesthetics, Oncologists, Critical Care, Accidents and Emergency Sisters and Consultants, Chief Pharmacists and Key Procurement Division Pharmacists)
- Creating and raising awarenessas a leader in the sale of Pharma products
- Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business (e.g. competitor activity)
- Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses etc)
- Attending nationals conferences/exhibitions/training etc. as required. This may require work outside Ireland and normal hour
Education & Qualification, Experience and Personal Characteristics Profile Requires:
- Minimum of 2-3 years Sales experience in pharmaceutical products is essential
- Nurses/Medical Staff with experience working to an advanced level in Hospital environment
- Good market awareness to understand where the opportunities for business development lie Strong sales capability to take advantage of the opportunities
- Able to close out opportunities to turn them into sales, and turn the sales into long term business
- Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with clients
Full clean driver’s license
The salary on offer will be circa 40k basic + 20k bonus (benefits , car. phone, lunch allowance laptop, health insurance..etc)
