Pharma Sales rep - South Dublin

Salary: 40k basic + 20k bonus -
with car, phone, lunch allowance, laptop, health insurance..etc..

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for supporting existing business in the South Dublin area, and to facilitate company expansion .

The principal duties and responsibilities for this position would include:

  • Achievement of revenue and profit targets as per business plan
  • Conducting personal sales calls and management of a customer base (mostly Hospital Consultants, Anesthetics, Oncologists, Critical Care, Accidents and Emergency Sisters and Consultants, Chief Pharmacists and Key Procurement Division Pharmacists)
  • Creating and raising awarenessas a leader in the sale of Pharma products
  • Providing accurate reporting of relevant internal and external market information that may impact on the business (e.g. competitor activity)
  • Completion of administration as required (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, management of area inventory, expenses etc)
  • Attending nationals conferences/exhibitions/training etc. as required. This may require work outside Ireland and normal hour

Education & Qualification, Experience and Personal Characteristics Profile Requires:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years Sales experience in pharmaceutical products is essential
  • Nurses/Medical Staff with experience working to an advanced level in Hospital environment
  • Good market awareness to understand where the opportunities for business development lie Strong sales capability to take advantage of the opportunities
  • Able to close out opportunities to turn them into sales, and turn the sales into long term business
  • Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with clients

Full clean driver’s license

The salary on offer will be circa 40k basic + 20k bonus (benefits , car. phone, lunch allowance laptop, health insurance..etc)
