German Account Coordinators - D18
The German Account Coordinators provide proactive sales support by functioning as primary point of contact for accounts on sales teams and Customer Service Representatives. .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Proactive daily sales and customer support management of accounts for Sales Team. Responsible for working with account Reps and Sales Manager to grow accounts.
· Outbound contact to current customers to repeat shipments, uncover and address any service issues, and maintain communication with accounts
· Provide back-up sales support when Account Representatives, Sales Manager, or other Account Coordinators are out of the office.
· Initiates Service Tickets when unable to resolve issue . Investigate, opens and manages Credit, Customer Service Tickets.
· Evaluate team’s weekly changes and work with Account Representatives and Sales Manager to identify alternative products or solutions to prevent future adjustments on accounts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Leaving certificate or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Work Experience:
Previous transportation, sales support, and / or customer service experience preferred.
Skills & abilities:
Fluent German speaker
Able to multi-task; provide excellent customer service/support; excellent time management skills; attention to detail and organization in addition to prioritizing is pertinent
The salary on offer is 25k -28k + com /Bonus + dental and health benefits after 3 months
