Dutch, German or Polish Account Managers - D18

Dynamic Company based in Sandyford are looking for Dutch, German or Polish speakers for Account management positions in the busy offices.  They have ample opportunities for employees to expand their skills and scope of responsibility.

Role Responsibilities

-          Use innovative sales capabilities to identify, qualify, close, and develop new and existing business.

-          Effectively grow and manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent support over the phone and via email.

-          Develop and present the company sales value proposition to prospective customers

-          Prove excellent customer service and support to develop strong client relationships

-          Work closely with management team to ensure the continuous improvement of our service offering and systems

Role Requirements

-          Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-          Two years of sales/customer service experience in a high volume outbound sales center

-          Fluency in written and verbal English and Polish or Dutch or German is required

-          Strong goal orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment with a positive attitude

-          Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills

-          Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook

-          Freight / transportation industry experience helpful

The Salary on offer is a basic of 25k -28k + com +dental and healthcare benefits.
