We are currently looking for an enthusiastic professional, results focused with excellent customer service, motivation and communication skills.
This person would lead the Sales & Marketing functions of the hotel so as to achieve the profitability targets agreed annually and actively promote and sell the brand and services of the Hotel.
The ideal candidate would possess
• Excellent management, leadership & organisation skills
• An ability to source, develop and secure new business for the hotel
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent sales and customer care expertise
• An excellent understanding of revenue, selling and negotiation would be essential
• Establish, enhance and maintain productive quality working relationships with key internal and external customers
• Conduct on the road sales calls with existing & potential clients
• Experience on sales data systems
• A strategic view and good understanding of the HOTEL business in general
• Knowledge of local markets an asset
• Previous experience in a similar position is essential
